Return & Refund Policy
If your order contains items that are materially different from the product description, final design, or incorrect products, we will help resolve the issue by offering a replacement, full refund, or partial refund according to your request and the actual situation.
If we are unable to replace the incorrect items properly, we will refund those items. Refunds are usually issued within 3–7 business days.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Please note that once your order has been submitted, we may begin processing it immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees and discounts may be deducted, except in the case of an incorrect shipment or product issue caused by us.
Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
